- Prompt Dispatch: All confirmed orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Our logistics partner will notify you of your delivery schedule via email and SMS, ensuring you’re always informed.
- Affordable Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders of Rs. 699 and above. For orders below Rs. 699, a nominal fee of Rs. 49 applies at checkout.
- Delivery Days: We deliver Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays, prioritizing your convenience.
- Single Destination Per Order: To ensure accuracy and efficiency, each order is shipped to a single address. To send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
- Order Integrity: We strive to ship all items together, but due to product availability or specific characteristics, some shipments may arrive separately.
- Cancellation Policy: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to decline delivery, simply refuse acceptance when couriers arrive.
- Return & Pickup: For returns, our courier will arrange pickup within 5 working days. A smooth process ensures your satisfaction.
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the item is received and verified. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable on customer-initiated returns.
