Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests for refund or replacement must be initiated within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are only accepted if the merchandise meets the specified conditions detailed below.
  • For Home Delivery orders, please contact our Customer Support via the website’s Purchase & Order section after registration.
  • Keep your invoice safe; it is essential for processing your return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Log in to your ICPL account and visit the Purchase & Order section.
  • Raise a return request within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  • Returns are facilitated via a reputed courier or ICPL’s logistic partner arranged through the website.
  • If courier pickup is unavailable, you will receive instructions for self-shipment at your expense.
  • Upon receipt, products will undergo verification and inspection before approval.
  • Refunds will be processed only after successful verification.

Conditions for Return & Inspection

Your product must meet all the following criteria to qualify for return:

  • Correctness: IMEI/Name/Image/Brand/Serial Number/Article Number/ Barcode should match, and MRP tags should remain intact and visible.
  • Completeness: All accessories, freebies, warranty cards, and product combos must be included.
  • Non-Usage: The product should be unused, unwashed, free of stains, and with undisturbed seals.
  • Non-Damage (Product): The product must be undamaged, without scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
  • Non-Damage (Packaging): Original packaging or boxes must be undamaged.

Important Notes

  • Products may be rejected if they do not meet the above conditions.
  • If the product fails verification, it will be shipped back to you.
  • Refunds are issued after successful receipt and verification.
  • If the replacement cost is lower, a partial refund will be processed.
  • Returns and exchanges are not available for orders placed directly through the website without prior approval.
  • Please package products carefully to prevent transit damage.
  • ICPL is not responsible for products mistakenly returned or undelivered.

Mode of Refund Payment

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Wallets
  • NEFT/Bank Transfer via Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (via NEFT to bank account)
  • Gift Cards or Vouchers (contact support for reissuance)

Refunds will be issued in Indian Rupees only. You may be asked to provide additional verification documents.

Repeated Return Requests

  • ICPL reserves the right to impose charges for repeated returns involving delivery or pickup.
  • ICPL may decline returns for customers with a high transactional history of returns.
  • Pickup facilities may be withdrawn if necessary, with customers bearing their own return logistics and expenses.
